20 freaking years!! Seems like only yesterday I was wondering if graduation was ever going to happen. I guess time flys when your having so much fun! My wife (Michelle) and I have been married for almost 16 years and we have a 7 year old daughter named Gabrielle. I am the plant operations manager for Chief Automotive Technologies here in Grand Island. I have been there for almost 12 years now. Michelle and I stay pretty busy with all of Gabies different activities but whenever I find some free time I hit the golf course or turn to my PS3 for some gaming time.  Gabie attends school at Stolley Park so I have been able to see alot of former classmates at different school functions which is great. I look forward to seeing the rest of you at the reunion. Take care.

I have been serving in the United States Navy for almost 20 years.    I have traveled all over the world with the Navy, lived in Iceland and Japan and all over the U.S. and I also completed two wartime deployments.   My husband is also career Navy and we are both stationed in Fort Meade Maryland at the Naval Network Warfare Command.   We have a 2 year old son, Jordan,  who is keeping us both young and active and we have another baby on the way...due in January.  So we are very happy!   Sorry I won't make it home for the celebration next weekend.  Have a great time!

Wow -- 20 yrs.  -- good thing I graduated from high school when I was 12 yrs. old.   I was a social worker for 10 yrs. and then went to dental school.  In the past year -- I got married, moved back to GI and joined a practice, Gentle Dental.   Looking forward to the reunion.

I never was very good at talking about myself but here it goes:  Married out of highschool, 3 kids, and divorced. Michael is 19, Alexandria 18, and Jessica 16. Michael is in GI working and living with my Mom for a brief before enlisting in the Airforce. I think he is wanting to continue his scholastics in Latin and put it to use (just like his mom, likes "dead languages". He also has a knack with computers. Alex - not sure what she's decided. Jessica is still in HS and enjoys carpentry class and sign language the most.

With my work I had the opportunity to experience small college town living in KS - much like Hastings, I suppose, but with a much better view! Plus, it was right next to an Army base so the culture diversity was a wonderful experience for my children and myself. I was then transferred to NE Texas - what a culture shock! Was in Longview for the last 4 yrs and recently moved to Texarkana this last year after an injury prevented me from working outside the home.  I've managed to scrape by though by helping a friend book book-signing tours and doing Tarot readings (seems I have a bit of a knack for it). I also investigate so-called hauntings. Once a strange duck, always a strange duck I s'pose.  I also do some craft projects such as transforming empty wine bottles into EVOO dispensers or vases filled with paper roses. I'm working on my own Zodiac line of dishes & decor & soon, jewelry.

Unfortunately, with the gas prices as they are, I will not be able to attend this years reunion. Maybe the next one?

Hi to all!   I can't wait to see everyone again!   I have been back in Grand Island for 12 years now and  have worked for the Grand Island Public Schools as a teacher.  This year I have changed positions and am a District Literacy Coach.  I am married to Todd (class of 1983) and we have an 11 year old daughter, Taryn.  Her four traveling sports activities keep us busy as all times!  It will be fun catching up with all of you in June!  Remember...it's not a party, it's just a GATHERING!

After graduation from GISH, I got a job as Skagway north in Grand Island, which I held for ten years.  When the new Pizza Hut opened on Diers Avenue in 2003, I got a job there, and I am in my fifth year there.  I enjoy the people and the job.  I have an apartment in my parents' house in Grand Island, and I have two nephews, ages four and two, who live in Chicago.  Last year I got a cat named Ticker, and we have good times together.  In my spare time I love to roller skate and bowl.  I have participated in Special Olympics for several years, and sometimes go to dances at the Eagles Club on Wednesdays.  I am looking forward to seeing all my classmates at the reunion.
